As the only Unitarian Universalist spiritual community in the area,  UU Casper has become a welcoming and inclusive gathering place for Sunday services, Religious Exploration, drumming, meditation, weddings, special earth-centered services, and so much more. To sustain this vital religious community, the members of the Ad Hoc Mortgage Committee invite our members and friends to consider participating in the “Bust the Balloon” campaign to be held during the month of September 2019. 

Our hope is to pay down the five-year mortgage balloon payment due on our building mortgage in February 2020 prior to refinancing with the Unitarian Universalist Association.  All “Bust the Balloon” campaign contributions will be applied to reduce our building mortgage, so we can begin the New Year having made a substantial monetary dent in the amount we need to refinance.

Not only will your contribution help support this important spiritual community, it will greatly assist with UU Casper’s long-term financial planning.
