UUs enjoy the outdoors and value community connections, and here is an opportunity for both! The Izaak Walton League invites everyone to join them on hikes in the Casper area on the odd Wednesdays of each month. This is open to all ages and dogs are welcome if they are on a leash. Please come join us and find
others who enjoy hiking in our beautiful outdoors. Be sure to bring drinking water, snacks, good walking shoes or boots, and a jacket. A walking stick or hiking poles can be helpful. June 16th 6 pm: We will do the Eadsville Trail on Casper Mountain instead of the Bridle Trail, because of the heat. Please meet at the Trail Center parking on Casper Mountain. If the gate is closed, we’ll park at Skunk Hollow which is just down the hill at the turn off to Strube Loop. This is about a 4 mile loop. We can also shortcut it for a 2 1/2 mile loop. Wear a hat and loose fitting clothes. Bring lots of water and bug repellent. Dogs are welcome on leash. For any questions, call Dan at 307-251-3741.
