UU Casper’s activities are open to all! Along with our UU Casper members, we are fortunate to have a vibrant and diverse community of non-member “friends” who are fully involved in ministry, committee activity, and service projects.

If you feel your spiritual path draws you to a higher level of commitment to Unitarian Universalism and to UU Casper, we encourage you to thoughtfully explore becoming a member.

As stated in our bylaws, “UU Casper strives to foster a climate of purposeful inclusion of all people, and values the diversity of racial and cultural identity and background, nationality, sexual and affectional orientation, gender identity and its expression, religious background and belief, marital status, family structure, age, mental and physical health and ability, political perspective, and educational and class status. These values apply to all UU Casper activities, and inform all decisions of the church.”

Membership is open to anyone age 16 and older, and is accomplished by signing the UU Casper membership book. This signifies the member is in general agreement with its the purposes and principles, and will support UU Casper through financial contributions and/or personal participation. Members who choose to may receive a copy of the UUA’s semi-annual magazine, UU World.

We believe membership in a religious organization should be meaningful and spiritually fulfilling, so even more important than the financial commitment of membership is becoming involved in whatever activities members choose, to whatever extent feels right to them.
